Hi, nice to meet you!

Hello my name is Melissa Claridge.  I am an Independent Senior Director with the Thirty One Gifts Company.

I am from a small Southern Indiana town of Stendal. I am married to Cliff and we have a healthy, athletic 14 year old son who keeps us busy with soccer and baseball. 

In January 2010 I got invited to a 31 party and requested a catalog.  I loved what I saw and realized the income potential with the quality 31 products that were fun, stylish, practical & functional. When I joined the company I was driving my husbands camouflaged "hunting" vehicle because we were having vehicle trouble. 

I joined the 31 company on January 30, 2010 as a consultant.

I promoted to a Senior Consultant in August 2010. I DIQ'd in February 2011. I became a DIRECTOR in MARCH 2011. I promoted to a Senior Director in June 2012 and have two wonderful Directors in my down line that helped me promote.
The growth and income potential is unbelievable. My goal in 2011, was to walk across the stage at national conference as a Director! ( and I DID July 15, 2011!!!) I also earned a prestigious spot on the Thirty Ones Leadership Council for 2011-2012. My goals for 2012 were to walk across stage as a Senior Director, and I did on August 3, 2012, thanks to my TWO thirtyonederful Directors. My goals for 2013 were to earn the Leadership Incentive Trip. September 10-16 I sent a week lounge on the white beaches of the Dominican Republic thanks to Thirty One and my hard work. My goals for next year promote to an Executive Director, earn a fabulous trip to the Rivia Maya for FREE, Earn the Fall Believe and Achieve Incentive, Earn Free Spring Kits, Earn Dream Rewards, and HELP MY TEAM earn these fabulous incentives also.
I have meet a lot of wonderful christian woman through the 31 company. I enjoy witnessing to woman and sharing the 31 vision of celebrating, encouraging and rewarding woman and being a successful independent Thirty One Gifts Consultant while using our gifts for GOD. 


I quit my FULL-TIME job August 1, 2011, and made 31 my Full Time Job. However, I don't consider 31 a job its FUN, FLEXIBLE, and a PARTY. When I go to work I end up at a Party. In October 2011, I earned an all expense paid vacation for myself and my husband to Cancun, Mexico. What an awesome way to spend our 20th wedding anniversary, lounging on the beach at the Moon Palace Spa and Golf Resort. Guess who paid...Thirty One! This was apart of the leadership incentive that you can win with Thirty One.

Buffalo Chicken Dip (served at my open house)
2-3 chicken breasts (boil them in water and chop small pieces)
In a sauce pan on stove add:
2 pkgs. of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
2 Cups of Diced Celery
12 oz. Ranch Dressing
Heat on Medium until it is smooth.
Mix in the shredded chicken and 5 oz. of FRANK'S Hot Sauce (it has to be Frank's ... I tried the Hooter's hot sauce and it just doesn't taste the same.)
Once that is all mixed together place it in a 13x9 baking dish and cover with 2cups of shredded cheese.  (I used CO-Jack)
Bake for 30 min. @ 325 degrees.
Then I put it in my little crock pot to be able to keep it warm during the party. Serve with Celery or crackers.
