Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tote! I love the zip-top tote. It has 5 outer pockets, which can accommodate bottled water, hairspray, shampoo, etc. It is great to travel with. I even bought one for my husband & had it monogrammed with his initials. He uses it for his business...it holds his folders & other paperwork. His bottled water, pens & notepads are kept in the outer pockets; he has really enjoyed it. I often give this particular tote as a gift.

In the past the liners were white and I hated when the liner broke down I had white stuff everywhere. Hopefully this will last longer than the last 31 bags I've had.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No longer Durable/Cracking & Shredding Had this bag for 3 years. Had one before this for many years that lasted for over 10 years! This bag has a very poor lining. With mild use it looks like it has been shredded. All I do is use the bag to carry items back & forth to work/church. Nothing that would cause it to crack and shred. I has never been washed, so I do not know why this has happened. Whatever recycled plastics fabric they are using are not long-lasting as their original tote and the inside cracks and shreds. NOT up to Thirty-One Bags standards. Very disappointed.

I look forward to school starting so I can give this bag as gifts for my son's teacher(s)! Even if it gets heavy (my bad habit of lugging around too much!) the shoulder strap continues to be comfortable and sturdy, too! The pockets can carry anything from cell phone, keys, water bottle, to pens, stamps.... I absolutely recommend this bag.

If you get it embroidered, it will take forever to ship. I placed an embroidered order on July 5th and did not receive the item until July 29th.

The color is understated, it zips closed so things aren't exposed, the size is not ridiculously large, it easily holds my paperwork and my laptop, and the four outside pockets hold my water bottle, my coffee, and sometimes a soda when I need a pick-me-up. My first bag stood up to years of daily use and finally started to show some wear on the bottom of the drink holders because I shove my coffee and water bottle in there every day. So I treated myself to a new one with a new customization. I love this bag!

I’m bummed because I paid for such an overpriced item that I really can’t do anything with. Showing pics to compare the new one vs the much bigger older ones.

I’ve been watching for probably 2 years (?) for a similarly brightly colored pattern to show up to order a replacement and I’m still waiting. The outside of my old bad looks pretty good; the inside is peeling everywhere. I’ll keep using it until something else I can love comes along.

This bag makes it doable. The outside pockets keep them organized and prevent them tipping over and leaking. This is my 2nd bag like this. I received the first one as a gift. My tote from many years back was a simple white/navy nautical stripe. Classic yet perfect for summertime. But.....why all the drab colors and patterns now? Every time I come to buy a replacement bag online all I find is a very limited selection of dark colors & patterns. Where are the bright, fun, summer prints for this fantastic bag?!
