Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality Purchased this for an upcoming trip. Was a little disappointed that the bag didn’t fit as much as I hoped it would. Nonetheless, I was able to pack my essentials. Upon arrival at my destination I noticed that the bag ripped. Very poor quality.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap zipper The zipper that was used for this item is not hefty enough for its purpose. In order for it to work, I can only put flat items inside. Any pressure on the zipper causes it to come apart. I expected a better item for the cost.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect bible tote! I got this 3 years ago in hopes to use it to carry my Bible, after going through a LOT of standard Bible totes. This is better than perfect and holds everything I need (readers, bookmarks, pens, markers, nail file, lip balm, etc.)! I’m tempted to get another as a “backup” because I’m so attached to it, and it has held up as almost brand new looking stilll after over 3 years!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too small I’ve had this bag for awhile, I replaced my last Thirty-One bag. It was much older and just needed replaced. This new style is disappointing. I take a lot of weekend trips try to pack lightly aka one suitcase for two. The bag is small. I have down sized as much as possible. Bit if I were to go on a longer trip, additional bags will be required. Also, I don’t care for the zipper only being one direction. 1) I’m left handed 2) it’s chunky when packed and it doesn’t always close all the way.

He used the top storage to put his phone in so he can watch his show instead of holding it and making his neck stiffened up. Most definitely will buy another one for my toddler daughter!

By the time he received it and was able to use it and realize it was defective, it was outside of the 90 day return timeframe. I’m very disappointed in the quality of this bag. It fit everything perfectly so I hate that it’s ruined.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Zipper gets caught This is a nice cosmetic carrier however I may have a faulty zipper it has gotten stuck and then separated in 2 places…only used once on my first trip with it, would actually like to return it, if the zipper is pulling apart on the first use I’m not sure it’s very durable! And it isn’t overloaded

I read that the quality has gone down. This is correct brand new and I have an international flight tomorrow and there’s a cut where the handle is totally worthless for travel now.

Due to other reviews, I’ve tried to be careful to only put items in that allow the bag to still come together when zipping- without straining the zipper. It has held full size B&BW lotions, toiletries, makeup, and the small front clear pouch is great for cotton balls or a nail file.
