It doesn’t stay were you adjust it. It’s narrow and hurts the shoulder. Thank goodness it’s removable- I’ve ordered a “guitar” like strap to replace it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice Features I like the size of this crossbody purse, and it holds a small wallet/card holder, a small set of keys, and a phone. It wipes clean easily. I'm disappointed in the strap design; to adjust it smaller, you have a larger section of strap sticking out from your shoulder. Also the strap itself is a rounded cord, like a bungee cord and it digs into my neck or shoulder and is uncomfortable. I don't use it near as much as I had wanted to, as it's not comfortable to wear.

The 2 sections have plenty of room. My new go to purse! Only complaint would be the cell phone holder, which seems like my phone would easily fall out. Good news is this bag has enough room to put cell phone in it too.

I have my cards in three different wallets. I know others might think I'm weird, but I have my reasons. I had to go back to the extra large purse because I couldn't fit the 5 most important items in the purse. One being my pgobe.

It's super long, and the widget they have to shorten it doesn't stay in place. Plus, even when it does, you end up with this weird section of strap just sticking up at your shoulder. Definitely wouldn't buy this one again.
