Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Workmanship I bought two of these bottle holders. Both of them had the cinch top tear away from the insulated part. I have never been so disappointed in anything that I’ve bought from 31 as I am of this bottle holder.

My only issue is it’s missing the bead to keep the top closed other than that it’s perfect. I especially like the pouch on the side to hold things!

Clip my puppies collapsible bowl to it and off we go. While hiking the waterfalls on a recent vacation, I also put my ID and money in with my phone. I wish it had a slot for cards or money so it didn’t come out with the phone. I could also put a small ice pack under the water if going to be gone for awhile.

The crossbody is really long and adjustable, so it works perfect for any situation. I planned to use it while walking the dogs so my hands will be free, but I'll probably use this for other things too. For example, since my smartphone actually fits in the extra pocket, that is going to be very handy. Also the insulation is going to be great for when I'm driving as I should be able to leave it in my car and it won't get hot.

As my mobility challenges have increased sometimes carrying my bottle, such as up stairs, became difficult as l needed my hands for the railings. Enter this bottle tote into my life! I bought it, not knowing if it would be big enough, but it is plenty large. Hands free now! Have bottle, will travel!

I ordered a black one next and it is made from thicker material and I use it often. I am ordering the blue one for my daughter because I like it so much. We go to car shows and I use it because I am able to put my 5 pocket wallet (31 product) in the zipper pocket and my phone fits too. Game changer, less stuff to carry. Fits all sizes of bottles and the insulated sides help keep plastic bottles from getting too warm.

Poor stitching and very frustrating considering I paid a good amount for something I don't even get to use.

Also fits a 24oz soda bottle with plenty of room. I would not have realized the cinched part was even there if I hadn't seen a photo of it! (It comes tucked down in the bag.) The little bead that is meant to keep it cinched feels like a cheap pony bead, though it seems to work. The strap feels rather flimsy, and even for an average-sized female like me, I had to extend it all the way to wear it crossbody. Overall it's exactly what I was looking for in a convenient water bottle/wallet bag. I would have loved more personalization options to match the backpack, but only monograms were available.

But quickly the front zip ouch failed the close when zipped and the stitching on the bag closure has come completely undone. No crazy west and tear, just walks 3-4 times a week.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from LOVE this BUT I've been using this all summer, I love that it will keep cold my huge water bottle and hold my phone so I can walk hands-free! I would love this more if the strap didn't hurt as much when my bottle is full (it holds 32 oz.1000 ml) and is therefore heavy.
