The only thing I think that would make it better is if it had collapsible stays (collapsible for storage) in the cooler part of the backpack. When I filled the backpack part and unzipped the bottom to use the cooler portion because it is soft sided it made it awkward when taking things in and out of the cooler. All in all not a big dea, but that would be the one thing that could be improved. I purchased this backpack after a trip to the zoo with my young grandchildren, having to carry a small cooler, diaperbag, and purse. This backpack solved that problem!
