They should just be fabric like the shoulder strap or made thicker to hold up better. As a consultant it's hard to sell something I can't put my faith in myself.

It really is designed so well for using for a mobile office with taking along your computer your files and anything else you might need to work whether it's at home or on the go we're going into the office. Absolutely love this item!

Holds my AATB, 2 zippered pouches, organizing zip case and still has room for my 32oz Owala bottle, and much more! Downside: this really needed a full zipper on the main opening instead of just a magnetic clasp. If the bag is slightly overfull, it would stay in “bag formation” if it had a zipper, but instead the clasp pops open and then the bag resembles an open-mouthed alien from Sesame Street…dating need here. Google it :). Also, the leather material is scraping and breaking away from the handles where I hang my bag up everyday at work from these handles. So now I need a new bag because this one is looking dingy with fray.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice Looking bag I have the black and the brown. Have been using the black for a couple months now for work, and am a little disappointed with the handles. They are cracking multiple places along the handles edges. I wish it had more structure, or maybe dividers inside. The fabric strap does not stay where I set it - the buckle slides by itself so I have to keep shortening it for practical use. The bag itself is very soft and does look nice. Like the colors.

The kiddosbin my class love that it says my name and the apple picture. I had to get it personalized and happy I did. I get compliments on it almost daily from my colleagues.

I was hoping to put my computer in it, but it's not "stiff" or strong enough. The sides just flop. There is no form to the bag. I think it would be perfect if the sides had some form!

Only thing I'd like to see change or enhanced would be your online ordering site. I ended up placing my order under the wrong party. I with this would be the first confirmation before starting your order. Site needs to move faster. Long spin times. Very tedious and slow. However, with alot of patience you get through it. Second time around I was more cautious on what party I was under. As I was ordering for 2 different ones that i was invited to. So i got to know how your site worked. Just wish it was more user friendly. Shouldnt take me more then 30 mins to place an order online.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Leather is actually too soft This is a beautiful bag and is great quality, but for being a large bag that holds quite a bit, I am disappointed in the structure. It needs to be stiffer or have more structure. I put items in it and it just flops like a plastic bag. The snap closure isn’t strong enough for this size bag. It doesn’t stay closed. I going to buy a briefcase from another company now since I need one that holds together better.

Even using the Tote Organizer, things just get lost in this bag. It is soft faux leather with absolutely no structure. It's a nice looking bag, except for the crossbody strap. A fabric crossbody strap on a faux leather purse cheapens the bag. The strap really isn't functional because the bag is too big to wear as a crossbody. I waited so long for this bag and it's a huge disappointment. It might make a nice carryon except that it doesn't have a zipper- something I must have to use a bag as a carryon.

The crossbody is awkward for this size bag and it is hard to carry when it’s full. I think I’d like it better with two straps that are longer instead of crossbody.

It does not stand up and as I’ve used it over the past few weeks it has gotten softer which makes the issue worse. Would also like more pockets inside. I want to love it but don’t.
