Take action during Mental Health Awareness Month
When it comes to living a happy and healthy life, it’s easy to think about our physical health first: Are we eating enough veggies? Getting in that daily walk? Taking our vitamins? Sometimes we forget that taking care of our mental health is just as important!
And adults aren’t the only ones who can struggle with their mental health – according to the National Institute of Mental Health, 1 in 5 kids has a mental illness. This May, help us celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month and join the On Our Sleeves™ movement to transform children’s mental health.
This spring, we’ve partnered with Nationwide Children’s Hospital to create colorful On Our SleevesTM prints and Icon-ItsTM that directly benefit children’s mental health research.
