Welcome to Thirty-One! My name is Tara Ball, I am an independent Thirty-One senior director. Thirty-One is a faith based company. The name comes from Proverbs 31, which describes a virtuous woman who exhibits hard work, wisdom, encouragement and care for others. It is Thirty-One's intent to celebrate, encourage and reward women for who they are as individuals.

I am a registered nurse, but currently have the luxury of being a stay-at-home mom of my 12 year old daughter, Ryleigh. You'll find me playing softball or spending time with family on the weekends. I love the fact that I can set my own hours and be able to stay home with my daughter.
