Shipping Information
All orders are shipped for a flat rate of $8.95 for all destinations. Exclusions may apply for bulk orders.
SHIPPING NOTE: Due to high order volumes and orders with personalization, shipping may be delayed up to 30 days from the order submission date. We're working hard to ship orders as quickly as possible, and you may receive your order in multiple shipments. You'll know your order is on its way when your receive an email with tracking information! Thank you for your patience.
If you’ve been waiting on your order for 30 days or more, you have the option to cancel for a full refund. Simply email ordersupport@thirtyonegifts.com in US or ordersupportcanada@thirtyonegifts.ca in Canada with CANCEL ORDER in the subject line.
