Giving Tuesday partnership gives products new purpose

What if that Thirty-One tote or purse you’ve been eyeing for yourself or for a gift was more than just a tote or purse? What if it were a tool for change?

Since 2014, Thirty-One Gives has been a proud partner with World Vision, one of the world’s largest faith-based humanitarian organizations serving almost 100 million people in 100 countries. And on Giving Tuesday, Nov. 27, we’ll be matching donations to World Vision with up to $2 million in products that can make a difference to communities in need here and around the world.

When you shop with us for gifts for friends and family this holiday season, you support our shared efforts to lift up girls, women and families everywhere. Here are just a few examples of how our products are serving a greater purpose:

Blankets that keep babies warm

Making sure the most vulnerable babies are safe and secure is vital in those early newborn days. In the past four years, we’ve helped World Vision bring 12,000 of our soft, cozy blankets to at-risk infants in 25 developing countries.

Bags that give girls confidence

In some Zambian villages, girls begin dropping out of school before they reach puberty, kept home to care for younger siblings or even forced into child marriage. Brightly colored school supply totes donated by Thirty-One encourage girls to continue their education.

Totes that promote healthy habits

In Burundi, World Vision volunteers travel to remote villages to deliver prenatal and nutritional supplies and educate families on hygiene and proper diet. Thirty-One’s signature utility totes ensure that those much-needed items arrive at their destination safe and dry.

As the premier Giving Tuesday match partner, Thirty-One Gives has donated $35.5 million in product to help World Vision raise $7 million in cash. This Nov. 27, be a part of the Give by supporting World Vision or your favorite community organization – and help us give girls, women and families the chance to reach their full potential.
