The side pockets fit water bottles perfectly and the outside zipper pocket is perfect for my boarding pass, phone and wallet if I want. Inside there is plenty of room for my iPad, notepads, pens, games and snacks! I love the handles option too! I do feel it fits a bit low on my back but I love it anyway!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a fan of this backpack The straps don't adjust enough to make it comfortable on my back. I adjusted them to be as tight as possible but it still hangs too low on my back and after a day of wear, I ended up with lower back pain.

I did not have any problems with the straps staying in place. The thermal pocket is small, doesn't fit a water bottle., but fits a perfect cents wallet well. Side pockets are big, will hold a 32 oz Powerade bottle.

I love the little chill zippered pouch inside of the totes because you can have either a snack or part of your lunch or cold water along with whatever you need to carry inside this very roomy and very comfortable backpack. Love the handle on the top and the side pockets as well. This has so many little secret features that aren't really shown well enough in the photographs to realize what a great product this backpack is to use. Love the denim look of the pattern and absolutely love the denim colored thread.

It also has a large enough front pocket for my pens, small notebook and phone. I had an issue with the inside zipper, and they replaced my bag within just a few days.

Outside pockets hold a water bottle and travel mug securely, front pocket is big enough for all my work needs Cons - stitching on top zipper is coming undone, straps just will not stay adjusted - I have to tighten them every single day
