The first time I used it for hot, I had not seen the directions to wrap the dish in a towel. I melted the inside of the bag. You were so gracious and gave me a $20.00 cupón to replace it. The straps are long so it's easy to carry and not falling off your shoulder. Super cute and I have been using it each weekend for potlucks!

I do not bake food and take it to events so wasn’t sure what I would use it for. But then it hit me. Taking warm and cold food for picnics, boating, etc. …. Would be a great time. So I named it Picnic Time in my embroidery

She said the original price was a bit much so I kept watch for a sale. When it came along, she wanted it! And she couldn't be happier! She's really proud of her bake and take and loves how it can keep food warm without melting the inside of the bag as her other carrier from Walmart did. I have another friend who is thinking of getting one too!

I then had plenty of room to bring back leftovers in the top compartment. This was a genius design! Side note: my sister has the same bag different pattern and she loves it too!
