Hi, nice to meet you!

Hello!  I'm Kim Weaver, a sign language interpreter serving in the Upper Township School District in South Jersey. I live with my wonderful husband and have a 22-year old daughter who both adore our products!  We have been tremendously blessed through Thirty-One.  Besides the extra income and new connections it has opened up for us, I have had the privilege of earning several incentives including gift cards, countless products, and 10 luxury vacations for me and my family throughout the Carribean and Mexico, compliments of Thirty-One.  

I was first introduced to Thirty-One in April 2010 when a friend invited me to her party.  I almost didn't go because I thought I had enough "useless" bags.  But I hate to miss a party so I went and my life has never been the same.  I realized Thirty-One offers very functional products that can help people get organized so they can focus on more important things in life.  I then decided to have a party of my own so I could get in on all the great hostess benefits Thirty-One has to offer.

I had always been drawn to the direct sales industry and hosted every home party under the sun.  Every time I hosted or attended a direct sales party, I could always see myself becoming a consultant of some sort, but until Thirty-One came along, none of the companies seemed to fit me.  I wanted to handle products that didn't break easily and could sell themselves...products that would suit every person's style, budget, and daily needs.  I found what I was looking for in Thirty-One. The low start-up cost along the abundant support from the home office and other consultants made it so easy for me to join and do what I do.  

Thirty-One has opened so many opportunities for me. Besides the financial blessings, it has helped me grow in so many ways.  I used to be very shy and insecure but Thirty-One gave me the encouragement and tools I needed to come out of my shell and experience success.  Thanks to that support, I experienced two promotions in my first year and I am currently directing my own team of amazing consultants across the country who are seeing their own dreams come true!  Besides my fabulous Thirty-One sisters, I have met so many wonderful people along the way who have made a significant impact on my life.  I love the sense of adventure Thirty-One gives me because I never know who I'll meet next or what kind of opportunities lie ahead.  It's like the kind of present that has another one inside...and more after that!  I have grown much more confident and now realize God has given me greater potential than I could ever imagine. I thank Him first and foremost for bringing Thirty-One into my life and orchestrating all that takes place in this business!
