To Our Thirty-One Family:

As you may know, many overseas factories are still experiencing significant production delays due to COVID-19. We are fortunate enough to have partners that were able to produce our new Fall product in a timely manner but unfortunately, exporting out of Asia was delayed due to Typhoon Higos that hit land in August. We (along with many other importers) are now faced with a customs backlog at the U.S. ports that will result in a temporary three-week delay for any orders containing new Fall product. 

Our hearts go out to all affected by the typhoon, as well as those who work tirelessly in the supply chain industry. Our Distribution Center team is prepared to receive new product and quickly turn it around, so you get the products you love delivered to you as soon as possible.
