Rated 3 out of 5 by mols487 from Good Size, but do not like changes I had purchased this same style lunchbox a couple of years ago but it got ruined. I was so excited to replace and have a brand new lunchbox. When it arrived I was disappointed. It's a bit smaller than the original style, the lining was different and I was very disappointed that the sturdy metal hooks have been replaced with plastic hooks. When holding the handles, the lunch box does not keep its shape. I did reach out to my consultant and she informed me that the linings had been replaced with waterproof material. While having a waterproof lining is definitely a plus, overall this lunchbox was a bit of a let down. I prefer the original style over the new style.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Upset Mama from Great if you hardly use it I bought 3 of these for my family's daily lunches. I'm so disappointing in how they hold up. First one lasted 4 months before the straps ripped off. 6 months for the second one where the bottom ripped out.Third one is about to lose one side of the strap. No response from corporate and consultant wasn't to helpful either. I will never purchase these again.

I was about to purchase another one for myself, but I noticed the bottom seam is ripping in two spots. I have used this 8 months and it is not used everyday. For the price, I thought it would last us years! So disappointed!

But I’m so disappointed with the cheap lining and plastic D rings and hooks. The previous thermals I have bought have metal D rings and hooks. The lining is so thin I can see through it when I hold it up to the light.

I have another one of these that I purchased several years ago and the material on my old one is much thicker and the zipper is much more stout. We still love the camo one we just purchased, but I feel like the material is not quite as good as it was before.
